I m using this phone from 6 month, there are many problem in this phone
Software update not available
Phone is heating during playing games
Flash didnt fire with photo its before by take image
2.2 ghz proce. 3gb ram But phone work slow

Customer service is too bad seriously. I have HTC ONE ME DUAL(2 months only). I had called also 5 to 6 times but no help for my phone repairing. I had visited service center and submit my phone for 1 week because my phone have many problems like heating 49℃ and touching problem and low speakers didnot work. After completing process when i receaving my phone still my speaker doesnot work like as before and i am working so sould i go daily in your service center to submit my phone and receaving ? My all time spend in service center . Please help me This phone is now again hanging problems and sound problems what slould i do now ? Tell me a easy way to get out this problem i have already 6 times visited in Htc service center.

should have bought the m9 instead of buying these me m9 plus e9+ whatsoever. thought that me wilp be superior having fingerprint sensors and stuffs but alas! we are the complete losers who just wanted only a 6.0 marshmallow update fixing the heavy battery drainage and the heating issues whereas the m9 will be getting the android 7.0 soon. disappointments over disappointments

If you plan buying this phone don't. It is not the problem of low specs. It is the problem that the battery is very poor and so is software support & development. It has been a long long time since ME owners, including me for a while, are waiting for the Marshmallow update.
Unlocking this phone and rooting it is complicated. It even involves extra costs (Sunshine) and there are only a couple of stock firmware's available for this device (2 or 3). No modding, no development. Dead. A 4K video uploaded on YouTube from this device will be rejected because this phone films 4K in an unusual resolution/encoding that is not yet supported.
Worst is the battery I tell you. It drains super fast like crazy fast: 0,5% per minute in a 3D game. Then if is a hot day outside and the phone is in the sun the battery wont even charge because of the temperature. I tell you this phone has a lot of technical flaws. My experience was with a dual-sim version. The display also fails in the sun light. And be careful this is not the only model affected by these kind of issues.
All HTC One series is more or less. HTC tried to make something god and they're trying for years to release that marshmallow update... fantastic... I wold not buy this phone even for half the price. I still feel betrayed by this phone and by HTC fot the money I gave.

This could been a Great phone!
But due to battery draining when use normal apps and the phone get extremly hot I can't recommend this phone to any one. :(
It for sure does make me less happy that they still haven't delivered the Android 6.x either.
A real good deal still doesn't make this phone any good due to heat and battery draining.
So move on and look for something else.

Have been using this phone for 6 months. My phone has hanging issues. Does any one face the same problem. Does any one have any idea how to restart the phone if the phone hangs???

Bought this 10 months back at a whopping price. Right from day 1 the battery life has been appalling and it gets hot enough only to stop short of scalding me.
Now, in the 10th month the microphone has stopped working. It took the service center in Bangalore 6 days to get the lower PCB (too many HTC models,spares will be an issue) and was replaced. But still did not revive the mic. Now the service center wants to change the mother PCB and try. They need 7 days.For close to Rs.40k, I have bought lots of trouble.

Thinking of exchanging this phone as of rapid battery discharge and overheating issues and poor battery life. Used it for 6 months and really unsatisfied with its battery thing. So now the time has come for an upgrade. Oneplus 2 or Z3+?
