how is the display clarity I came to know that there will be slight difference btn samsung s3 clarity and htc one s clarity, will it same as samsung s3 clarity.

well this phone has a Dual-core 1.7 GHz Scorpion processor and it isn't available in most countries yet.

s4 was only reason why i like htc one s now there is no reason i buy this instead of xperia s which is better in looks and specs

Hmmm... Scorpion instead krait cores, adreno 220 instead of 225. They'd better be cheaper. MUCH, cheaper...

don't buy it...it's a lot worse than s4 version...battery is worse,it overheats...and i have lost all signal a few hours from purchase..going to try to replace it with another one..if not...SGS 2
