HTC One smartwatch now said to be launching in April

Himanshu, 13 February, 2016

Another HTC smartwatch rumor, and guess what... another delay. Just when we thought that the Taiwanese company would launch the long-rumored (in fact very long-rumored) device this Mobile World Congress, a new rumor is claiming otherwise.

Back in December last year, the usually reliable leakster @evleaks said the wearable would be launched in February. But now, he is claiming that would happen in April.

Meanwhile, there has been no word whatsoever on the device or its release time frame from HTC. FYI, rumors that HTC is developing a smartwatch first cropped up in 2013. So far, from what we've heard, it's an Android Wear-powered device with 360x360px display, and is codenamed Halfbeak.
