After the firmware update. I hard reset the phone. The camera is still bad. Later I update the HTC camera app from the play store and the camera seems better. video recording seems more smooth. Third party camera apps still bad though but you don't need them. I didn't test it enough to say if it's a lot better or just small improvements. I will do more test and if anybody interested to know the results replay to this message in the near future.

I am downloading new firmware just released today. Hope it fix the camera quility. Update number 1.07.401.1 size 497.2 MB. I will tell if it improve the camera or not. Stay tuned
