Anonymous, 17 Dec 2009how to do hard reset can any body help me...Go to Start>settings>System> clear storage and then follow the instructions,
Suggestion- Pull out the SIM card and the Memory card before hard reset....

my htc p3400 keeps on bringing renbow colourez on the screen en oparates it's self at times.don't know what to do with it...help

I have a HTC P3400 for the last 3 years. No problems whatsoever. The only issue is now that the battery has gone bad that I realise how bad HTC service really is. Got myself a very low end Nokia phone as I have no idea when and how I would be able to find HTC battery. Is there some place I can order it online?

Hi Guys..
I m using this Phone from last one and half year but yesterday all of Sudden my phone switched Off and its not getting ON. When tried to Switched it on the connection and the Disconnection Buttons Lightened for a second then it goes OFF tried to PUT on charging but nothing is Poping up.
Can anyone please help me.

despite da fact dat it sometimes processes a bit slower dan expected...it is a great phone!!! has not disappointed me a at all..

hi, i've been using this phone for 5 months i think i bought this from an old friend.. but i'm having this problem that when i put my sim card it says "invalid or missing sim card" i'm from the Philippines.. and another is when i restart the phone and when i go to messaging all i can recover is the messages i received and sent last month :( please help.
