If you want Windows Mobile 6, and your on T-Mobile, then just go to there website. It should also be free.

I have a HTC S621 which I got after using the Palm Treo 650 for one year. My problem is with the Treo you can set it to get your mail at given intervals which it does and then disconnects itsself from the internet. The HTC has a similar feature but does not disconnect from the Internet. As a result this has cost me a tremendous bill because I did not know it was still connected. Please note that the HTC says disconnecting at the end of retrieving the mail and this misled me. dose any one know how to set the HTC so that it automatically disconnects from the internet after getting email? Is this a bug? I need some help because I really love the phone but cannot afford my service provider charges.

This HTC is actually a great phone,me and my boyfriend have it,we like every moment of it.If u dont understand how to use something thats when problems occur,so get to know ur phone and u will be kool using it."Jamaica".

I dont seem to get half of my calls or text messages, its like something on the phone is blocking them. The missed calls dont even show up in my call history. The phone also seems extra sensitive and is always freezing, is there a patch i am missing

@Dime: The T-Mobile branded version doesn't support Wifi... means the wifi possibility is simply switched off. Maybe there is a hack to switch it on again but i don't know for sure --> try google

all u have to do is go on windowsmobile.com or microsoft.com and click on mobile media . and u can get anything for ur smartphone u need. its actuallu kinda nice. i had to download mircosoft active sync cause the software i got with my phone was bad but hey it works.

i have this phone and i am having a real hard time finding themes and a new skin for my media player . i found a site for all free music at www.myxertones.com and zedge.com but no themes, does anyone know of a site for themes???

One year old so far. I have dropped the phone a couple of times and I have been lucky as nothing is broken. phone performance still fantastic and it still looks gr8. I recently bought a LG car stereo(m8600) and the bluetooth function on the care radio play my call through my car stereo and music off my phone vcool. Great phone that I will in 10 months replace with another HTC product.

I had purchased the HTC S621,handset was charged fully,handset was remove from charge
sim inserted,handset power on when phone came
battery icon showed two bars fully,since manual states solid green mean fully charge,battery icon was ignored,ran through menu phone was on one bar,give handset test call not from phone mine u this was with in 15 min,handset was charged once more same result...this phone sucks!!!
