volume is a soft touch on the right hand side of the phone, just slide your finger upwards while on a call

\umair, 30 May 2010goto task manager from START menu,...close all the running ... moreClosing applications from Task Manager sometime dont stop some hidden EXEs, You can however go to CeleTask and stop the applications and Free Memory, your problem will be now resolved fully :)

First take off the back panel and then remo... morethis phone is still great , there are so many things you can do with it , I installed WM6.1 and its fantastic . I don't feel the need to purchase an expensive phone just because ... with newer WM6.5 available i doubt i'll find anything as cheap or as practical for my daily usage ... As for a battery they are $2.75 on the internet. no big deal..

Do what i did.. First take off the back panel and then remove the battery. Now place your thumbs at the middle of the phone and then snap the phone in half. After it is in half you could have a closer look at it.

I bought the phone two days ago & i charged the battery over night, by the time i switched it on it took about 30mins & went off.I dont know what to do

Love the phone but am having problems with the memory. A few days ago it has been popping out a message saying 'ALERT: Your phone memory is low on free storage. Delete old or unused items to create more space.' I then bought a 2GB memory card after deleting some of my photos and all my sent and received messages. All the time I try and send messages, a pop messages comes up reading, 'ERROR: Your text message cannot be sent.' And then it goes and stores the unsent message under the 'drafts' folder.
Plase help.

it is a nice phone expeciallythe touch strip and keypad but Wen u download windows mobile 6.1 it mixes the keypad u can correct the keypad by download tegic and run it in your mobile not computer

what is the different between wm5 and wm6 if there is a nice different should i update or it is good as wm5
oh almost forgot the question before this from samuel and this from samuel answer in easy to understand words i am 11 years old and just got the phone (no nothing about the phone)
