It should have been enabled with FM RADIO which I suppose is an important feature in latest mobiles.

Still sussing the phone out,so far so good. My first smartphone, like the push email, excel viewer etc. good for business. Will put holes in my pocket with the weight but, hey, can't have everything.
I'd like to be able to sync via wifi rather than usb cable, does anyone have an idea of how to do it? is it possible? it'd make life easier and i'm all for that.

I got this phone to replace an old phone and my iPaq (with a touch screen). I sometimes wish I'd got a touch screen iPaq phone because some of the things I got used to doing (eg cutting / pasting parts of documents) I don't seem to be able to do. More irritatingly a lot of software which I used to use just doesn't run on this phone. I don't understand why when they are both Windows CE devices. WM6 is not compatible with older non smartphone stuff which you might have expected to run. The screen is also much smaller when you're used to an iPaq screen. On the other hand you get a lot more than a phone with this!

hey guys out there, i wanted to ask you something about this smartphone.. Well currently am using a Nokia 6600 and am willing to upgrade it to say, an htc smartphone qith windows mobile rather than the Nseries but i'm a bit unaware about this smartphone. Indeed am i not doing the right choice by choosing this phone rather than a touch screen one??? I mean am impress with this one because its very handy, i mean whenever you are on the go, you'll not be obviously use your fingers for a touch screen one, i personally like the navigation keys rather then a touch screen one but wanted your opinion before actually buying, well wanted to know whether to buy it or buy a touch screen one??? And is the specification of this smartphone good??

Just received this phone, and I received one that has an all silver keypad?? ImportGSM says they do not carry the one with the black keypad (the one they advertise on their site), and there is nothing they will do about it!! Does anyone know if there is two models of this phone? I don't understand where this version with the silver keypad came from. Thanks in advance!

nice phone but in our country (senegal)we have probleme with the contacts
we need to put the area code (+221) when we're saving a contact, if not, we won't be able to see the contact name when he's calling... just the number appears.
unfortunately i didn't have the same problem with the other phones i had : htcp3300, tytn, s200.that's why any contact in my phone has the area code so i can't use this phone. neither do the htc touch

                                    1. It uses Mini-USB for headphone, but there are adaptors for it.
                                    2. Compact .NET Framework 2 is included with WM6, never had any problems with that.
                                    3. There are much better MP3 players than Mediaplayer, for example Conduits PocketPlayer 3.2.

Hi - I've had this phone since the beginning of the summer and I like many things about it except: there doesn't seem to be that much software that you can run on it - I have been unable to install anything that requires the compact framework .net on it (although I can install that). I was hoping to install software that I had for my now dead iPaq - no go. Is this a problem with WMobile 6? Or is it because it doesn't have a touch screen? When I try to install stuff, the phone just tells me the software wasn't meant for the device.
Also I can't get it to wifi with locked networks even when I have the password (like at work!). If you can help, I'd be grateful. I've got the administrator to go through all the menus and couldn't come up with anything.
                                        The manual is useless.
A couple of answers to previous posters:
As far as the headphones go, they are on a special usb plug not a standard jack.
As far as being loud - no it isn't. The media player is fine but not deafening. I can often hear other people's iPods on the train over my music.
