Melissa , 07 Oct 2012hi...i having problem with this phone..my problem was i'm n... moreim not using this XL, but my friend has one S, and the problem exactly like urs, the caller can't hear him clear,when using his headset to call, very very low.
He even exchange the headset twice, even bought the audio beats headset, he's so dissapointed with this

Hey guys, I have been using this phone since the last three months. Though am not a big fan of its battery life or the very lowly gpu(adreno 205), what I luv is the screen. It's superb for watching movies and playing games. And it ain't worth the money also, but as now the prices have fallen a bit I recommend this phone to anyone who luvs to watch movies, listen to some quality music and a superb cam. I almost forgot about the cam. The 8mp cam is awesome, especially during nights the dual led flash really helps. Yes the battery is a tad of disappointment, but I charge it only two times sometimes only once. I do a bit of everything, mostly browsing and listening to songs. You just have to make some clever usage. I LUV MY PHONE AND MY SCREEN IS BROKEN. STILL I LUV IT. But the service completely sucks man.

Agree with Rixana my battery dies hours after its fully charged and i Thougt it was my battery too.

This would have to be the worst phone I have ever used, battery dies several times through the day, then shows still half full! drops calls etc totally useless!

i have HTC XL for about 3 month and it screen goes off suddenly , without i drop it or wet it , it is so shame.

i love d htc sence xl for the wide screen n resolution it apps r also cool but the battery life is useless n i have to charge it for atleast four time a day if use it to browse but if i only use it for calls i charge for twice n also it get hot LOT OF TIMES WITHOUT OPERATING IT,pls i will like dis to be fixed and also better battery will be preferrable to,tanks

They told me that the ics update is out and they had already upgraded some phones like sensation, xe and xl. However, they don't know how to upgrade mine.

Nice phone for its price, though ram is little less if compared to s 2, but you won't get thisbig screen in this price
If you do gaming a lot than it has a low gpu

i am using HTC Sensation XL it been almost a year .... i have update the OS to ICS 4.0 .... the performance is still...the same as day 1.......
