...all of those comments above,stupid..just take a step back and think for a while,nothing in this world is perfect,and it's all about sales point,there's must be a special function or feature for certain model,and in this case it's all about beats audio,that's the main point

Yuri, 15 Apr 2012Is it realy that bad Yes, it really is that bad. Aftersales sucks and even if unit is defective (or there is something wrong with the deaign), they won't replace it. They would repeatedly ask you to have your phone serviced, even if they cannot fix it. Waste of time and money. If you really want to get HTC then go for the one X. But then again, service sucks.

ICS update in XL isnt up to the mark. It looks like an unfinished product. It is draining more battery. Icon and Font in menu is huge and looks Odd. I would suggest not to upgrade your phone to ICS.
I am disappointed.
Is there a way to revert back to GB without rooting my phone.

baba, 26 May 2012yar faraz i m also waiting 4 ics update i dont know why is ... moreAnd finally XL gets ICS update in Pakistan but its not up to the mark at all. Seems like its an unfinished peoduct. It drains more battery and menu font or icons are too huge. Gingerbread was much better by all means really. I am disappointed.

@nomercy : Galaxy note is definately a grt phone. but yes before buying you should check the size. i myself own galaxy note and now i find all other phones really tiny.
but there is only one thing wth samsung, they are really bad at customer support. ICS just came to some models in note. like i own model no. N7000b, and still waiting for ICS.

There is no protection (Corning Gorilla Glass). Less than 1gb RAM. I think HTC should have added this.
