i am using this phone since a month ,, performance is remarkable... touch is quiet responding ,, screen is clear with minute details.. and with android its like u have a world in ur hand.. i would really suggest to buy this mobile...

Maybe you're right... moreEverything works great on HTC Xl such as camera, sound quality, screen display(despite low reolution), except one thing, memory. If I were you, I'd consider HTC One X. the specs is awesome( quad core,camera, big screen (I guess u like it), beat audio too, much much better than HTC XE which has smaller screen, worse disign, battery sucks (my friend who uses it told me). hope it might help u :)

Later on, GSMArena said it had around 12.6 GB for user only. i decided to buy it, though. Only after using it did I realise that 8.8 GB is actually the total memory(phone memory). the other 3.9 GB(internal memory) is reserved for applications only (which you cannot access it) . I feel unhappy now coz I've spent only 400MB for applications so far. It's like spending 550$ for 8.8 Gb phone. gonna sell it out soon.

Hi guys Im sooooo confused between XL and XE !!!
XL looks much much better..
big screen size of XL is amaazing for surfing and reading!!
Internal memory of XL is much bigger than XE. No worry about sd memory 16 Gb is more than sufficient for me:)
The only advantages of XE in my opinion is the 1.5 dual cores over the single core of XL (that is confusing me a lot)
And it costs 435$ and about 100$ cheaper than XL!!
Plzzzzzz for every one who had experience wiz both XL and XE give an advice about wich one is the best choice and worth buying?????????????!!
( i am a graphic designer/animator and i mostly consider the big screen size for showings designs and for reading + the powerful processor and graphics for playing high quality videos without laging)

when im answering incoming calls the phone automatically answers in speaker mode . can somebody tell me how to change those settings ?? pls

Before i had a iphone 4. Now i have the Sensation XL and i love it!!!!
I think it's better than apple ;-) but that's me ;p

Crap specs at high price. Hardware is same as mid range xperia phones which have less than half of the price as XL. Even you get a SD card slot in XPerias. EVO 3D, SENSATION,XE AND AMAZE and many dual-core phones from different manufactures can be purchased instead of this....

some guys make me wonder y the hell do u keep ur smart phone on minimal power its like driving a ferrari at 20mph ... if u want batteries jus buy black nd white it will last for a month ... sick ...
i got xl after iphone 4 nd i love it more ...

timizn5, 25 Feb 2012Wow.. single core.. how is the standby time of this beast c... moreyour XE's battery is cool, lasting more than 3 days. but my XL is far better. last time it lasted 5 days and a half (15% left), including 15mns for music and 4 phone call (around 20mns). LOL.........

Hi Guys, I have owned an awesome HTC sensation XL. Just want to test all of you if yoiu think u r smart :) Just a seriouos game ok? If anybody can answer me correction, I salute you that u really the phones in the market well and u know the stuff.
Q: What is the unique feature that HTC (or even HTC sensation XL has that no other brands of phones in the market (whole world)have? If none of u know, then HTC may have to pay me for the answer as I have tested the phone shops agents and they are so ignocent of their HTC unique advantage of this special feature over all other phones. Not manyu users have this discovered this feature yet, a big big advantage tht HTC did not capitalise it in the marketing... so sad.

The phone lag of few important features like
- no 3G video calls.
- media sync through DLNA is not smooth at all (at least with my LG-DP1W wireless media modem)
- battery life is not that good.
