hi everyone... i am a desire user.. and im using sensation xl's software running sense 3.5... it really is the best os i had.

Has anyone here talking all these negative things about XL ever tried any of the other Sensation devices?
Well I've owned both Classic and XE and now I own the XL.
Here is why I've stuck with the XL:
-Battery Life! 40% better! I am now on my 19th hour since I last plugged in my phone and still have 57% battery life left. All of that with lots of web browsing and 1h of talking time, messages, 3 recorded videos and other stuff counting as average to heavy use.
-Display! about 2 times brighter than XE, more colorful and vivid,less environment reflections, poor resolution does not show. Text is sharp and beautiful.
-Speed! Sense UI 3.5 runs completely smooth unlike 3.0 on dual core phones.
-Camera! even though it only records 720p, it is a lot better in low lit environments and it snaps pictures faster. It has better effects and looks amazing in bright places.
I am a Sensation veteran. I've had them all. I'm going to stay with the XL. It's better!

im confused between this phone and the nokia lumia 800... can anyone suggest which ones better in terms of usability...

With a bigger screen I would prefer xe but I had galaxy S2 before and with xl I am very happy! Bye Tito, Lugano....

One of the best phones on the market, so glad i checked out what else was available. My old iphone is just that, still old in comparison still the same old facia. Wow the widgets are fantastic ive got everything at my fingertips, my youtube streams in the background on another page my news and live broadcasts are working in my widgets. 1click away from everything and best of all i dont have to pay for much anymore, even my google maps just did a free download to my phone to give me voice guidance WOW hooked here

If I am HTC would of worry about future of the company. HTC use to survive on OEM business and now they doing their owen business started with window and now 95% of their phone Android OS dependent which made by Google and all Hardware also come from outside. But most of other manufactures offer verity of different OS plus they contribute a lot to making part of the Hardware themselves such as Samsung.
So, What is the direction of HTC just keeping making faster and bigger screen Android phone? How long this strategy work? Even right now their phone is not as attractive as others with worst display ever. Nothing more to say but hope management have some direction for company plan already

Had this phone since the launch and I still love it!!!
Screen really nice and softwares been reliable. Had Desire HD previously and also good handset but froze a lot. So Thumbs up!!!!!

An Amazing Phone, Big Bright Vibrant Screen, Even Though It Has A Low PPI of 199 The Screen Is Sharp, 1.5ghz Single Core Works Just As Well As Previous Dual Cores I Have Owned. Sound Quality Is Second To None A Little Quite When Played Through Speakers But The UrBeats Headphones Out Perform My Friends £260 Studio Beats. The Phone Is Power Hungry So Daily Charging Is Needed Unless Running Power Saver Which I Feel Ruins The Sense Experience So Either Charge Regular Or Buy A High Capacity Battery. Finally The Fact Of No Memory Card Slot Is Irrelevant As It Has A Mass Storage Mode When Connected To A Computer And 12gb User Accessible Memory Is Plenty For Most User. So My Verdict Is If You Want A Multimedia Powerhouse With Exceptional Build Quality And User Experience The HTC Sensation XL Is The Phone For You!!!!!

Batteries awful doesn't even last beyond 6 hours with limited usage, totally shocking how reviews even saying it lasts a day! Iphone much better

been using this phone fo 3 months. i'm satisfied with it. the screen is awsome(despite the low pixel), sound is superb, camera is good enough, battery is ok (for moderate use it can last for 2days and a half), design is cool. aii in all, worth to buy it!

I moved from e72 to galaxy s2, but in your case i recomend HTC(I am more fun of the htc than samsung, but anyway i bought SGS2 because I think that it is the best pone on the market for now)
