Very bad phone. It starts hanging and restarting anytime. Moreover, the battery life is worst. I am tired to charge the battery all the time. I feel cheated.

I bought this mobile with so many expectations as this is my first mobile from HTC.. Now i am totally disappointed with this mobile. There are N number of disadvantages. battery backup is very poor not even to the 10% mentioned in the spec., BREW MP OS doesnot supporting even some most familier applications, getting switched off so many time in a day etc.. etc..,
I will never suggest this mobile to anyone.

thrillah, 03 Feb 2011its the best phone i've used from htc, concidering it being... moreit is really good phone in such good price. you should check its settings before using it. battery life is poor, but still ok.

If any body is thinking to buy HTC smart, I suggest u to not purchase this phone.
This phone have many disadvantages
1.Automatic off while playing mp4 video.
2. If u use phone browser then phone memory start decreasing.
3. We can't download or receive file in memory card.
4. It's available phone memory is only 70 mb when you buy this phone
5. It can't support txt, doc, pdf files
6. Internet browser is very slow.
7.battery life is poor.

To start with good features,camera,touchscreen,music are above average.But as everyone's desire to get more than what u pay for there are few backlogs.While browsing the touchscreen irks u a lot.It doesn't support YouTube,office files and the list goes on.The error message for restart has occurred thrice in a months usage.It's ironic that they call it HTC SMART.To conclude as I have said before about the desire to get more..I think I have expected a lot.It is a very good phone for the price I have paid except that they could have gone that extra mile for few basic things.

its gud in luks,features....bt facing the oly prob tat d fon keeps restartin..it startd 4m d very 1st month i purchased t...shows..."OOPS!a systm error occured..restarting" first it got correctd tself..dn d prob continued 2 full days tat i hd to switch t off n take for repair..

i have ahd this phone for just over a month, its shuts down while im listening to radio decides to restart (what the H), very short battery life,frezzing while you are busy on it.HASSLE of setting applications or there any........

Any one having problems with the mobile hnging and restarting and memory card support should get theur ssoftware reinstalled from htc service.
I used to have the same problems but they stopped after i got the newer version of the software. They also added a Backup which allows you backup all your contacts, sms and settings to be backed up to your memory card.

its the best phone i've used from htc, concidering it being the only affordable smartphone. Everybody complaining about the phone must check their settings on the phone or hard reset and everything will work fine. Im more than happy with the phone
