Overall the phone is very good. It lacks GPS and wi-fi.
I have been usingg it for couple of days. Voice quality is excellent in this mobile.

It is true that for now there are almost none apps for Brew, but the same thing was with android for the first few months... Just wait, they will come :) P.S. Download Brew SDK and start writing apps yourself :)))

battery very good, 3 day, signal 5 on 5, data transfer 4 on 5,sound little low for my sense 4 on 5,radio ekstra, is easy for use good look, true HTC only 1 downpoint is the brew OS
lack of app is so $%&%&/%&(%&$.

Please let me know how is the battery back up of this phone also does it hang or not...really liked the look of this phone plus it has a very simple os which is easy to use.Thanks.

HTC smart is good set in terms of user interface but when it comes to applications there are not much options, all you can do is install Java applications which you can even install in basic Nokia Phones. Other than the applications issue HTC Smart is a worth of money.
In am same price you can find Samsumg monte with additional features like Wifi & GPS but HTC is HTC.
I hope in coming few weeks we will be able to see some good applications for brew OS on which HTC smart runs, like flash player, office document viewer..........

It does not have qwerty physical keyboard, but only virtual. It has normal numpad in portrait mode, or you can switch it to side and use landscape qwerty virtual keyboard.
It is not as fast as physical keyboard but it does the job for 4 (of 5)

Could any one let me know if this phone supports push email service and also does it hv a qwerty keypad...or does it hv the regular keypad..getting a good rate with airtel for the same...Thanks in advance

It's a rubbish phone. With less money you can a S5230 Star or a 5230...HTC you failed!

Had this for a few weeks now, £100 on o2 pay as you go in the UK, now it's down to £90. Great for the price, quite slow at times but that's the case with most phones in this price range. User interface is probably the best I've used on a phone, will be sticking with HTC in the future from this experience.

not a great phone at this price its basically just a slight upgrade over the feature phone u can get bada os samsung phones which are better at this price
