This is the worst phone that i have ever used in my life. It was the biggest mistake of my life that i thought of buying this phone. Now when i want to sale it i am not even getting half of the amount that i have bought for, 6 months warranty is still left on this phone. i swear that i will not buy any HTC product or mobile in my life again.

can any one tell me which'll be better for my sister;-the touch or the touch viva? the touch includes a microSD but viva has better look.............

Other than the slim design, this phone is the worst phone I've ever had!!!
The phone has this annoying blinking light that can't be turned off in the front speaker, the stylus top breaks and comes off easily, and the bottom can get stuck inside!! I got 2 styluses, one top broke, and the other came off (and the metal got stuck inside!!!)..also, after a while, there's like a liquid in the middle of the screen inside, it looks disgusting...the earphones also loses it's rubber, the one that holds it together, I suddenly lost mine, and the earphone just fell apart..
It's also very slow!!! and the phone can't vibrate and play ring tone at the same time...This is the worst...don't buy this phone...

wow, this phone was the biggest waste of money. it will start to shut off and frezze up. the battery will get hot when it frezzes then drain. go to htcwiki.com or google it. bad phone, and htc is no help....really just take your money and wad it up and throw it away, that way you save the time of trying to get the phone to work.

hi guys.. please help me, i'm looking at htc touch and htc touch viva as two phones to choose from.. so which of these do you think is better in terms of the user intterface?? i've seen the looks, and i find them more or less the same on that account, but whats your take on the user interface of these phones cuz i;ve seen reviews and have noticed big difference between the two phones in terms of their usability!

I researched into this phone heaps and was quite disappointed. I've used it for 8 months and have noticed that its reaction time to touch is slow. The whole touchflo technology on this phone is a little overated. It's hardly helpful when you're in a rush. The PDA is great though.

The touch has wi-fi capability while the Cookie doesnt but the cookie has a better camera than the Touch. Just try to find out which application sooths your needs.

hi, i'm planning to buy a phone in 15k range, and am looking at cookie and htc touch as the two options. now i find lg cookie to be good in terms of looks and price, but dont know if lg is that good a brand for a cell phone, and whether it can be trusted to last at least two years!
furthermore, please guide me as to can ms office files be viewed on the lg cookie?
are their any other phones that i might possibly look at before deciding?
please suggest me the best option...

well... this phone is good overall but let me jus say the advantages and disadvantages...i ve been using this phone for the past 5 months by now....
Advantages :
Very sleek design for a pda
Camera is ok but not as good as ericsson cam
Touch flo technology
Sound is good enough for a pda
Large screen with good resolution
Many applications available
Disadvantages:(during the later stages of phone life)
The phone gets switched off if u keep it in the pocket for a long time.
The time on the phone keeps changing automatically therefore resulting in wrong time.
The handsfree and the scratchguard provided with the package is of very poor quality.
The phone hangs suddenly while in a call or in application.
Battery life is quite bad but manageable.. it stays for one day. but if u listen to music or play games it drains very fast.
Phone's outer shell can easily get damaged if dropped a couple of times.
the coating around the camera backpanel starts peeling off.
i felt the phone is quite good except for these problems....
people who love PDA's can buy this phone.. otherwise i recommend you to buy someother phone if u dont insist upon PDA.
This phone is best in Terms of PDA for low cost.
and its kind of bad when compared to other phones.
IMPT : This phone cannot be handled roughly...U should Take very good care of this phone to work properly.

hey i brought this touch phone 6.1 version 1 week before its working well but m getting one problem whether it is a prob or not i dont know, dat when somebody calls me i hav to press da button to accept it and no option is commin on the screen to accept..in left side its comming TEXT SEND and in right its commin MUTE RING...and when i call to somebody i can call frm the screen and thre i can press the END CALL option to end the call on the screen...can somebody plz suggest me whether its a prob or not?is it a problem tat no accept option is commin on the screen when the calls come or its a setting prob which i dont know?
