This phone isn't all that it's cracked up to be...When the phone rangs I never hear it. If I have it in the "stand alone" mode i always miss a call...My number is private ad there isn't an option to prepend *82, therefore I have to edit evey number in my phonebook to unblock my number. Can't get music ringers unless you pay a bunch of money or some way some how download from pc...setting up outlook in a pain if even possible..NOT USER FRIENDLY...I will be returning before my 30 days are up..I am so disappointed since I have waiting for this phone for months...

does anyone facing this problem ?
I ran window messenger in this Touch , fine... after 1 week, there s some problem occurred. after I sign in, all my contract shown offline infact some of them is online.. I even can recv their message even it shown offline.. any good advice for this case?
I tried install fring, installation shown successful, but when I open it, it couldn't open.. I tried install it on device memory but same result... any other advice ?

For email users, the POP3 settings are a pain-in-the-nect and are going to cause you a lot of hassle in setting up things. The WiFi auto-detection feature is miserable.

Am really confused. Does the touchscreen capabilities of the HTC Touch equal that of the iphone? more importantly which is a better buy? the htc touch or the iphone? both are about the same price in the usa. Opinions are very much welcome.Thank you

This phone out look is nice,actually. But the problem is, sometime i can't listen when there is an incoming and ougoing calls. Waste hundred bucks to fix it!!!!!!! Damnn....

I am experiencin some problems with the display.. once you bring up the touchcube then the display goes wierd and only the some portion of the today screen is viewable.. the device was working just fine for 3 months... any advice that what can be the possible problems...

did anybody have any problems with the speaker phone? i think mine blew out because it no longer works and now I can't hear the phone ringing... it sucks!

this phone is great! i just got it from the states, i´m in mexico and it´s working fine, i got some questions..can i use some other video player? because when i use wmplayer the video "jumps" and ist annoying...can someone provide a link to download software for my touch? thanks!!

HI!!! i had only bougth mmy touch. I am really happy with it. THisis my 2 day with it and truly i hadn't experienced a better phone like this. This phone is really nice, with internet, mesenger etc...
Ireally recommend it. What i only need is that i dont know how to change it from usin yhe stick to use the touchflow tech. I will appreciate anyone to help me.

Anyone please help!
I am using HTC touch here in Myanmar.
We have only one operator (MPTGSM) 900Mhz.
I can receive the signal in some area fine but in some area the phone started searching for signal.
But other phones like Nokia and Sony works fine in those area.
Please tell me how to upgrade my phone rom to solve this problem.
Currently using 2.20.707.1B WWE Rom version.

Ijust Bought this phone 2 days back it is pure delite The touch flow Menu's are awesome The camera is average and the brow ser needs improvement This is also my first phone lol

@@Nite. The Manual PDF is for HTC and NOT HTC Dual, and say 400mhz and not 200mhz.

Just taken delivery of my unit in South Africa. Better than anything I have ever used. Web brousing excellent, multi-mail accounts superb. True value for money and I can now take my office with me wherever I go.
