I bought a htc flow recently and facing problem setting up the activesync software. all things checked ok but the program cannot detect my device. trouble shoot says could be my windows firewall. i rectify and still not working. can anyone help. by the way what is the support website for htc devices??

I got the phone a month ago and i must say that this phone is brilliant! But i want to install games on it coz it has a limited installed games. Is there any website where i can download games for my HTC touch?

Just replaced my O2 Atom to HTC Touch. It is so small and light compared to my old O2 Atom. I believe it is the finest device HTC made. I like it very much despite no IR or 3.5mm headphone connector but it works great so far without giving much problem.

Can anyone help to setup the wifi on HTC touch as i am able to connect to the wifi but not able to access the internet.
When i try to ping to the ip address of the htc not able to ping but on dhcp it shows ip is allocated & mac address as well.
i am strugling from last 2 days......

I am from Singapore and just bought my HTC Touch. It's a very cool, compact and good phone. I love it very much..!!!

This Mobile is Awesome, it has almost all the features other than infrared and radio... Other than that it has ALL the features... i am completely satisfied with the mobile.. It has latest Windows Mobile 6 as a operating system.
The HTC is smart company.. it gives all things what a user wanted in the phone... In the Box i got accessories like 1GB micro sd card, data cable, head set, CD's & Manual, Extra Stick, Scratch Gaurd shield for touch screen... Almost completes all the major requirements.
It is just like my Laptop.. has all the features same like it. What can i say more...
GREAT MOBILE... PEOPLE IN MY OFFICE WHERE MAD TO CHECK OUT MY MOBILE.

Hi guys,
I have the Touch for almost 3 months now and i have to say personally i am very pleased of it. I even use it for my work, i never head any sound probs at all with loud speaker (used even in call conference and was very loud and clear),reception is very good, WiFi works perfect and even with GRPS performance is not bad for mobile internet.
In general i am very pleased. The only big disadvantage i find the battery life, therefore i constantly have it connected tro USB at my work to synchronize and charge as well.

To send an SMS to multi-recipients , just add the contacts separated by ";"... The feature is there even in Windows 5 OS. For those who want to disable the launcher, go to 'Today' under sittings and go to items tabs and uncheck HTC home..

HTC has revealed the HTC Touch Dual, powered by a 400 Mhz Qualcom processor MSM 7200, HSDPA, TouchFlo etc. Much better spec than HTC Touch.

Folks. i got a HTc phone.i want to ask that cannot we have a call history.. like unlimited.. as i think i saw its. just a 5 days history i can see on my phone..
tell me the settings how to . save all calls dialed by phone remains.. like unlimited.

To all who have posted their problems and opinions on the phone, please go to HTC webset and they have a Technical support to guide you through your complains.I sent mine via email and in less than 24hrs I've got my problem solve by one of the technical personnel. Its amazing how quickly they respond. Lets be more constructive in our opinions rather than just complain for the sake of Complaining . I believe HTC has got a solution to your issues if only you know where to reach them for help.

HeY guys..got this phone bout 15days bac..it Looks gr8!(n dats it)..lovely features n all(thnx to WM6)...but jus a couple of pointers..
-This phone is very sensitive..if u happened to drop even 5inches above the ground..ur screwed..(i did n i jus paid Rs 4K for gettin it replaced
-Bad reception
-WiFi signal strenght not up to the mark inspite of sitting rite next to the HotSpot
-IE Sucks on this phone..
-The USB connector tends to get loose after frequent recharging
-Only ONE connector for Charging,Handsfree,DataTransfer
-The speaker on the Phone stops workin sometimes (heard tht from a guy i met at the service center)
-The service center in Bangalore SUXXXX..absolute crap service!
-dont evr dream of gettin this phone replced even from 14days of purchase,if somthn goes wrong wit it..thy'll mange to give u som bloody excuse to use the phone without a replcmnt
-The alrm function sux...
N i hope it ends here..jus shelld out 20K for this n im regrettin it already
Plus did u kno tht this is made in TAIWAN????...watch outguys !!!

Hi, I had same problem with my HTC touch. It seems that the alarm tones have to be in .WAV format so windows can list them in the Alarm tones. Also these alarm tones have to be placed in the windows folder (when you browse with file manager, go to Windows folder) with the rest of default alarm tones...
