Response to John, you can install Blackberry Client on HTC handsets but as of yet the Client isn't compatible with Windows Mobile 6. So you'll have to wait until they iron out the bugs unfortunately. Until then you can use the Outlook client built into the phone. Hope this helps!

the reason why they dun equip this model with that high of a processor/ram is becuz many programs just exit now with the click of the X
apparently the older models with Windows Mobile 5 weren't advanced enough to have a [X] button instead of an [OK] button so it left any programs u opened before in the background which made the older WM5 phones lag too easily....... the HTC people told us that was why... =_=

i've been using this great touch since august...it only has one main problem:it doesn't show the name of ur received sms unless they r stored in int'l format(+336...).and when local numbers r stored in int'l format,the caller id will not identify them when calling you.Nokia is much smarter in this stuff...otherwise,it's a marvelous store&search engine.
coucou!

Finally picked up a touch after learning that, UNOFFICIALLY, it functions as a quad band supporting the 850hz band! Another exilerating find is that it supports voice dialing and voice commands! Wonder why it is only listed as having voice memo? Overall, I'm loving this device!

Yes you can send SMS to multiple contacts at one time. Simply click on "To" in the SMS writing screen and select as many receipents as you want by repeating clicking "To" and selecting the Contacts from the list.

Great thanks a lot for the info but i am still confused between a windows phone and the NOKIA E 61 i .
I definately want to go in for the TOUCH and i am convinced about HTC as a compnay after reading your comments .
E 61i from Nokia on the other hand seems pretty advanced and I was also wondering how will i fair with a phone that has no keys although that should not be much

@Vichin,
Your question is not even accurate. The only model that has lower rating is just the 6300. Which is understandable, consider that monster is only good for the blind and nothing technologically advanced about the phone. Touch rating is most accurate rating of all models with TI 200 CPU. Who in their right mind would give a high rating for a 200MHz which is known to lag when multitask. Even HTC is moving away from TI CPU with their future models. As for the windows based brand, HTC is the only phone I would consider buying after having poor support experience from Mio, Gigabyte and O2. Even you can't get support from the manufacturer, you can still get support from the HTC fans at xda-developers. I don’t think there is a fan site with the other brands. I don’t have any comment about that girly color phone you mention. As I moved away from non windows based phone a long time ago.

Hi ,
I am looking for a phone better than Nokia9300 ,which I really find the functions very good , but the size is too big to carry .
Does HTC touch match in terms of functionality with Nokia 9300 communicator .
Please help me decide as I would like to make a quick shift from using large phones.
