it says here windows mobile, i was under the impression it was a linux based system...anyone know more?

hey hi, just wanna know how is the sound quality. I have been using O2 mini and am very much satisfied with the sound as well overall performance. Just wanna compare these 2 since am interested in buying this. plz respond!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi,
I am using this phone for last 10 days, so far so good... peoples using wm know what are the potential of such phones, i have been using i-mate jam, k-jam, jamin and all were good and stable, so is this touch. Good processor for stable window operations, very good feel of touch in your hands, the size is damn good, low in weight to other. I don't have any complains about this phone, it all depends for what usage we need, for business usage (web-mail (like hotmail) , pocket office, msn) this is perfect. Camera is improved to what i was using in jamin... sound is good and decent. battery life is ok, overall very good phone, i'll give 8/10

Dear All,
The Processor TI OMAP 850 is far better than Intel PXA270.Dont go by the clock speed.See the comparision of the processors...see the below URL http://www.mymobile911.com/dnn/Home/tabid/36/EntryID/36/Default.aspx
The architecture in TI OMAP is completely different.Moreover the power consumption by intel is relatively large.

No it doesnt have a 3.5mm jack port, it is mini usb port im afraid.

I think I have seen some comments from other web board as HTC Touch always keep your Touch connected to either GPRS or EDGE.
Does anyone have the same problem?
Does anyone know how to fix this?
For some Mobile Phone Service Provider, connectivity duration to GPRS/EDGE results in very high cost for GPRS/EDGE.
