I am using this phone HTC Touch 2 for last 8 months and it has proven to be the most unreliable phone. It hangs very often and I have to remove the battery and start the phone many times a day. Though its a win mobile it lacks many basic features, which you realize only after using this phone.
The touch screen is also very unresponsive if I compare to any touch phone available in market today.
In total, I am totally unsatisfied with this phone and would rate 2 out of 10. I will give 2 points just because of the design of this phone.

I cant charge it through USB anymore. Also, can't play music. How do I diagnose this?

well i personally think from my point of view is that the camers is clear but the colour is half red

For Files selections without opening the particular file, try using the select files option in the menu on the bottom task bar.

I have bought HTC Touch2 T3320 two months back. But I am not able to run MP3/MP4/AVI i.e. video files in it. Any one has any solution??? Though phone specifications supporting all types of files...
Also any particular command or key to select any specific file while navigatiing in main folder. In my phone when any file selcted is directly opening in single click. I just want to select file for deleting/copying it without opening it....How to do it??

goaly, 20 Dec 2010how about the battery life of this mobile .. and the camera... moreits good value for money.. its sound quality as like windows pc.. having 3.5mm jack supports all head phone. pic quality in day light very fine. very good choice for smart people who live in the world of technology.. batt live is good according to usage..this ph is not for simple phone users

Ieva, 25 Dec 2010How can I delete the video , it does not let me to do it, i... moreits not every time shows this prob.. this prob occurs on specific file.. which is placed in phone memory.. so all u need is to go to settings ans formatt it,,or remove mem card then try ,,or attach it to comp and then by using active sync delete it via comp

Priyanshu, 17 Dec 2010Is it 3G enabled or notHTC Touch2(T3333) has 3G and GPS inbuilt but HTC Touch2(T3320) special version does not have 3G and GPS although it has a GPS software installed for external GPS device compatability. Kindly check the specifications on the package or check with the retailer before buying because both the sets are externally similar.

John, 05 Nov 2010can this phone install apps into micro sd card?? YES YOU CAN INSTALL SOFTWARES INTO THE MEMORY CARD TOO.
IF U are installing new softwares through MARKETPLACE, then u need to configure from the setting option, select - install into memory card
to install into memory card.
