To me, this is one of the worst phone you can ever get.
My phone is lagging for no reason! I do not install any software and I do not save messages or emails. And it is always lagging for god knows what reason. I regretted that I did not go for BB.

I bought this phone in February and i use untill today (12.November.2010)!
1. Bad battery life (1 day)
2. Very slow system
4. Very cheap cover design (plastic)
3.BIGGEST dissapointment = DISPLAY, 2 times die, FIRST time (in May) appear a smudge with color of petrol and display doesnt work on touch and from the store give me another one brand new and after a few mounts(in November) appear a smudge again on the new one too and display doesnt work again, i can`t even enter my PIN.
To change the display they want now 100 euro, but that is toooooo much.
I WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN HTC PHONE ESPECIALY NO HTC TOUCH2

i have my HTC touch2 but still stuck-up in Password prompt then when i try to navigate the phone no respond. I resetr the phone still stuck-up.
Please Help.

This phone having 1 laungauge OS - I bought in Kazakhstan for Russian version and now cont understood how HTC making such type of easy bussiness to collapse their market. Normally if you use a normal mobile like Nokia or Samsung you can use a GSM for all over world. Where like this HTC phones or bursting our pocket to steel money but no much use. Practically i contacted HTC for 3 to 4 times and responce is worst to hear and cont have mood to express. My final word is bad version for HTC, better to go multi option like Nokia etc.

HTC Touch2 is the best for 12K in India. Only drawback will be the battery but we can manage it.
Why i like HTC Touch 2:-
1) Nice look
2) UI is awesome
3) We can download plenty of apps from market place
4) Sound clarity and the bass effects are fantastic
5) Youtube streaming is nice
6) Easy to navigate between contacts,messages, photos etc..
7) Superb multitasking
8) We can change the message keyboard to qwerty/full qwerty/normal phone modes.
9) Finally the Windows 6.5

I find this hard to use v my business Blackberry. One thing though 999 is locked in my contacts and after dialing mistakenly 3 times i want clear this contact but cant fin a way of doing it, Any ideas?

this phone has NO advantages over the Wildfire or any other Android phone. Wildfire UI is very similar anyway as they both use HTC Sense, but Wildfire gives you much more customization options because of Android. Plus 100,000 apps for Android, much easier to use with touch (don;t need stylus), PLUS WinMo is now superseded by Windows Phone 7. This phone came out a while ago, I'm surprised it's still on sale.

I am planning to buy this phone this November(2010). But I am slightly confused between HTC Touch2 and HTC Wildfire? Andiroid OS is good but I find it dull(in looks) in front of Windows. May be coming enhancements in Android may bring but good graphics but as per now I wont go for Android.
Please share the Advantages and diadvantages of this phone..
