may htc is having problem, the has no display it has only the back light, what is the possible reason? can it be fix to his software or any program that either cold be a reason for this problem? please help me.

it's almost 4 years now! I still have no real reason to replace it, works perfectly, what a wonderful device!!

I have htc touch cruise for last more than three years and still running on Os 6.1 version.
Isit possible to upgrade from 6.1 to Os6.5 or to andriod. if possible tell me in details how to do it.
