jayesh, 21 Sep 2009hey format by original setup..... ur problem wl be solved...you mean a hard reset? i really dont want to have to perform a hard reset if theres a chance i could ruin my device. also with winmo6.5 coming in a couple of weeks i might wait for that since with the diamond 2 i get a free upgrade, maybe that will solve the problem. also with hard reset, would i lose the touchflo 3d? i know it wipes out all programs or apps you've installed.

Santosh, 21 Sep 2009I bought this phone for 29K banagalore..its excellent but i... morethe handsfree can be used for receiving and making calls only. if u want the music features u need to buy a HTC Touch Diamond2 Wired Remote Control RC E100 (Black).
For your music remove mem card and see if everything works ok. if it does, then format mem card and check, if not get it replaced.

I bought this phone for 29K banagalore..its excellent but i am facing some problems..if i fill the memory card with some 200 songs the inbuilt media player is showing error does anyone know how to fix it...and the handsfree buttons can it be used to increase volume or forward songs or should we always change from the phone....and in sony ericsson we could change to next song by just holding the volume button for 3sec or more..is it possible by tweaks...anyones help is really appreciated in this matter...

I've had the Diamond Two for several weeks and can't figure out a way to get the rotate screen function. I've treed the registry tweak to restore landscape view, installed GSEN, and Gyrator 2, but none of these provide what should be a normal option; to work in landscape view when needed in programs other than the browser or photo albumn. I'm disappointed. Anyone know if the new Win mobile 6.5 provides a fix for this? I'm now running 6.1. If I can't fix this it will have me looking for a phone replacement as I need landscape view for charts on remote desktop. Any suggestions?

Hi, I got a diamond 2 last week and am perfectly happy with it, but i've come across a problem. when i receive an sms, both in touchflo and windows mobile it shows the number instead of the contact name. i have the numbers saved both on sim and in phone 'contacts'.
my brother has a touchpro but doesnt have this problem. i have tried everything but it doesnt seem to be working. your help would be much appreciated, so thanks in advance.

Because buying a phone with a desktop windows OS won't be as successful as a Windows phone. Take the hTC Shift, it has 2 views to use, the vista and Windows Mobile view.. :) Have you seen anyone interested?..
Anyways let's wait until a video review of the phone comes out then we judge! The advantage is in the 4.8" screen! ;)

I'm all for improvements in memory management, speed/more responsive and bug fixes - can we have these without the new look? I'm not keen on the Zune menu and think the original look was more classy.
