hai there, tomorrow i get the diamond 2 but i wanna install windows 6,5 how do i get that and put it on my phone? i want to have the newest software on this phone how do i get that and install it? One of the biggest plus is this is a htc phone with radio woehoe!

The HTC Leo is awesome, now I saw it here in Gsmarena, has 4.3 inch WVGA screen, 1GHZ CPU, awesome phone!!!:)

Hisham Ali, 13 Sep 2009Hi everyone , i am totaly new in windows mobile sofware and... moreInstead of the EXE format it will be CAB, You drop the CAB file in the phone memory or SD card, and tap it to install, then the program can be clicked on with the extension *.exe.
Messenger will be install there already.
Internet accelerator will be found as 3rd party app, search google.
Coreplayer is the best player to play any format you want.

Senator, 14 Sep 2009hi, which phone u recommend for me, from the point of view ... moreI would say go for the Omnia II, if you will use GPS you'll need more battery life and a bigger screen to navigate..
But if you're looking for cooked Roms and more features from professional developers (xda-developers.com), I recommend the Diamond 2, but only if you want to bother with cooked roms.. The diamond 2 will easily compete with the Omnia II.
But out of the box the Omnia II is better in hardware..

I really respect ur opinion , so would u pls... moreYes, The first diamond's processor+battery overheated in a crazy way, But i had it in Winter so i loved it anyway..
The HD is fine, Diamond 2 though generates more heat than the HD..
I'm not sure if Voice Dialing is there or not when you buy the phone, but you can install one found either in the Software CD or look around the web. You'll find Microdoft Voice Command, Take a look at it on youtube.

- More battery life 2-3 days
- Bigger screen (easy to navigate)
- Headphone port (audio 3.5 jack)
The Diamond 2:
- Official Upgrade to winmo 6.5
I'm only talking about the phones when you take them out of the box and official upgrades.
You can still use cooked roms for both and upgrade both to 6.5.

1- Is it true that charging DII's battery generates too much heat??.
2- What about the voice dialing in DII? is it working perfectly?

i juz bought this phone and it's awesome... This phone is really a sexy beast... Working well... nothing's wrong... n i hv found quite some nice game for it... cool man... worth of burning a hole in my pocket... haha...
