i restored my phone back to factory settings and since then have been unable to brows with it and have done the manual configuration and all necessary things there
any help for this ?

yeah am a succesful user of htc pro 2 Rhod 400 and ***
,this is the best phone with windows mobile rom, u will be expectin so many thing from this phone, i does not run any app up to date the dev stop working in the phone since may 2012,NO whatsapp,skype but 2011 outdated but calling look great, the most greatest thing is that you can flash an Android rom into it though the DEV just stopped for GINGERBREAD,but atleast it have 3.5 kernel....my laid to rest because i intentionally flashed a wrong spl and i made it rest so that i can move on..you can ask me more on ugohemma@gmail.com or skpe with emmaugoh.

but before that you must have microsoft account.
Just use your email & also new password to signup, after that go to your email account to verification just that :)
