Excellent phone, excellent look, design and features.
designed for a person who knows how to use their phone features.
Compared to other brands in this range this phone rocks, it has - Accelerometer sensor for auto-rotate[GREAT FOR GAMING] and a LARGE touch screen thats big enough to use your finger on and the 5 row keyboard is a dream to use.
Well done HTC

Just got the phone. I am no developer, but from a user standpoint I can say it is really solid. Solid, heavy feel, shiny look. Beautiful looking GUI but the resistive touchscreen does make mistakes. E.g. when trying to flick a page upwards I all too often select a link. Also, the software could be more efficient in terms of being able to perform certain actions that one would expect to be able to perform on certain pages. i.e. it is not entirely logical! e.g. on the People page, it shows my first contact's photo but I cannot access any other contacts. Come on HTC! But the keypad has an unbelievably great feel to it. Unfortunately the phone is too slow for my tastes when doing things such as downloading videos, turning the phone to landscape etc. It clearly needs a faster processor and much more memory, but then again so do all the other phones. I have been having probs with getting my emails consistently working but I think that is T-mobile related. The user manual is sparse in my opinion-I would like not only to know "how to" do certain things but "why to." Also there is no troubleshooting guide!! Overall, I rarely get so excited over these things, but HTC has a beautiful, solid device that clearly needs certain improvements but that I am VERY happy with overall! Congratulations HTC on creating a gorgeous toy!

Hi all. I am new to windows mobile, so my question might seem silly. Are we able to 'save' whole web pages with images using the inbuilt browser-IE/Opera 9.5? And kindly also reply whether we can open ''.CHM'' files out of the box on TouchPRO2 or any other windows mobile phone? Kindly reply.

Thanks for your comments. Single-handed use is important to me. It is a huge benefit for someone frequently on the move. Still loving my new Blackberry. A phone such as this can be an expensive experiment for those thinking of changing (who did not previous use a touch phone). Fortunately for me it did not cost any $$$.

Hi, I've had my TP2 now for 1 week. The battery hardly survives 24 hours, if I only take a few calls and do some mail. My previous HTC 710 lasted for days even with Skype permanently on. Does anyone else experience such poor battery life?
Second Q: If the alarm sounds, I can turn it of with just touching the screen, not good for a deep sleeper, any way to force you to actually unlock, and touch snooze or dismiss?
