How strong is the tilting hinge? This is the only real thing putting me off buying this handset as the demo model I played with in the shop was so flimsy and loose (although it was just a demo and hundreds of people had handled it it did make me think twice about whether a new phone would eventually end up like this and then I read a few reviews and people had reported the hinge being a weak point) - other demo models of other makes with sliding keyboards were absolutely fine but not this one. How true is this? Any reported issues? Thank you for any help and info.

Now, I eill tell you why, because the CPU speed isn't enough for that massive 32GB internal memory!!!That 434MHZ is NOT enough! I recomend you, and guys the Sony Ericsson Satio, or the Sony Ericsson Rachel(this phone will be available next year, sorry) THe Satio has 600MHZ CPU, and you can put 16GB Memory card, and will not freese for sure, in many ways Satio is better, the camera quality, the Ui, will be available ion 3 colors, not 2! People I recommanf you the Sony Ericsson products(look at the SE Rachael, is the best Android phone yet(1GHZ CPU, 8.1 MP camera, 4 inch screen))!!!

Hey look at the pharos traveler 137. It does not have a keyboard, but has good specs and it's uncommon. I was planning to get the pro2 until it was announced that it would be released by US carrier.

i always get non-common phones, i dont like to be common. the fact that this phone is going to be released by carriers in the u.s. makes it common like the iphone, so im not sure i want to get it, but then what else is there like this, the acer, i heard its weak.

Anonymous, 09 Jul 2009hi all.. i think pro 2 is better than the iphone at least ... morePro2 is already available in the middle east now. I got a phone from Qatar. It is an amazing phone till now, and the battery life is pretty good compared with the original touch Pro. Hope to get yours soon.

Man, you are right, all the Acer phones has only 128 mB Ram, but why is not enough? A mobile phone is not a computer or a netbook. My phone is an older phone, so I don't know why is not enough, coz my phone is good.
