so dissapointed with my velocity..wont sync to laptop when it connected to htc sync.says phone not connected. battetry 4 shit 4 hours if u lucky.then takes 12 hours to re charge to full..hot not the word cus back is metal ...derrrrr design flaw. play video on facebook plays 4 couple of seconds then flashes media error tried factory reset..bluetooth is 4 shit when it wants to connect to my blue tooth speaker. i buy of my mum cus three years ago it cost like 400. so 3 years later i give 80 4 it..wasted cash so many design flaws freezes all time hardly ever picks up 4 g only 3g..myth that is 4g u have to be near network tower literaly..otherwise its 3g ..heavy in weight to heavy ,vodaphone telstra worst customer service there is...really bad dont buy this phone under any condition piss poor..oh camera really good though thats it how they charged 400 4 this i dont no

i have this phone for last 2 years ...battery level is very very poor . but i have this for 2 years by charging the fone all the time ... in the car , at the office , at home its always connected to the charger ............... u have beter than this phone in the market, dont buy this

Still,after one year of using,the phone is moving/reacting amazing for this price...

Great phone but the battery life is disappointing. Mine lasts only a short time and heats up very quickly.
