Cant complain that this phone is ugly since its made in 2012. It is 2015 now where phone design look slimmer, better and thinner bezel. But this phone is still overpriced for old tech.

Superb phone. This phone doesn't have unnecessary apps pre installed. Camera is good. Phone doesn't hang. Phone doesn't have a 3.5 mm Jack, but Huawei provides adapter to connect. Overall-Value for money.

Huawei ascend D1 is a good phone, however it really sucks that Instagram is really not working properly on it. I tried all the possible solutions.. well non of them works... a good phone that can much up with other LTE capable phones, that's all i can say.

I got this from Smart Telecom. I find it nice at first but after a few of using , it seems a waste of money . I cant upload pictures on instagram. Keeps on rebooting whenever I use facebook as well..

Question about HW-01e users in the Philippines. Is there Android 4.1 update available? I have the Docomo HW-01e which I think is the same, sadly it is stuck to ICS. I wonder if I can install the ROM from Smart Telecom. This phone is really cheap from amazon jp, got it for 10,290 Yen brand new. Locked to Docomo but can be unlocked for an extra 3,150 yen. That is roughly 6,000 Pesos unlocked already.
