    Decent budget Android with two big caviats:

    1) Battery life - apps will drain your battery FAST so be prepared to disable internet and manually kill apps if its necessary to get more than six hours out of it between charges.

    2) Cache memory - also a problem only if you intend app-heavy use. The memory allocated for cache is puny and fills up fast with things like browser history and social media content. If you don't want to have constant warnings about running out of memory you either need to manage your cache regularly or root the device and manually move the cache to a microSD.

          I have this phone and i have tried everything to put music on the micro sd card i have in it and it will not save music to this phone. Makes me sad

            i think its a good phone but for me i own t-mobile my touch which don't have the ics hence i would love to update it with ics os any help

                Yeah...well its not a bad phone except for the fact that I cannot get the screen repaired because apparently even the manufacture Huawei doesn't have the parts for it. Like who in their right mind would sell products that once broken cannot be fixed (Wind Mobile)!!! If people were to buy cars without anywhere they can get their car repaired there would be serious repercussions to that company!!!! People would be livid!!! As I have no words to describe how I feel about this!!! But to make things even worse Wind has no answer for this retarded misleading practice.
                Still... even worse is that I had all my business contacts on the phone.which I cannot retrieve because the LCD isn't working.

                I ask WHY??? WHY WOULD A HUGE COMPANY LIKE WIND SELL YOU A PRODUCT AND NOT TELL YOU THE PARTS ON THAT MODLE YOU JUST BOUGHT AREN'T AVAILABLE!!!

                SO NOW I HAVE A USLESS PIECE OF ELECTRONIC JUNK THAT I PAID $270 FOR AND ONLY HAD IT FOR 2MNTHS.
                WIND THE LEAST YOU COULD DO IS GIVE ME A TRUTHFUL ANSWER.

                    there's two phone under ascend G312, one from t-mobile u8680 with gingerbread and one from wind mobile u8681 with ICS
