My Huawei G330D's speaker has no sound. How do I fix it?

Hey, I got a white Ascend G330D yesterday. It has a really bad error - the speaker error. I turned the phone on, but no sound was heard. I played some music, and it was the same pattern. I called 911, but no sound again. I did everything, but it didn’t work. Help me solve the problem.

I am facing problem with touch screen. I was advised to change touch screen of the phone. But spare parts are not available in Kathmandu Nepal. Please advise me where I can repair my mobile phone.

A great navigation tool, huawei has won a plus for this, but am disappointed can't get a flip cover for my phone, whats available are y330 which aint compatible, kindly help me get one am in kenya, gwangari@yahoo.com

i restor factor setting last day but unfurtunitly after restarting my set all plicaton are now in chinies language.firstly all aplications were in english language. any one here ti guide me how i agains reset application in eglish

does it have a on par camera or its photos looks VGA photos?
if you take a photo of a A4 paper sheet, then can you read the text in the photo?
