If u wanna transfer your contacts between two different company phones, even from Apple to any other smart phone, u should:
1: Synchronize your contacts with Google or backup your contacts in memory card (Make sure it makes file .CSV or vcard)
2: If you've synchronized then kindly again synchronize contacts in your new phone. Otherwise copy your .CSV or Vcard file in computer,
* Sign In your Gmail
* Click Gmail with Drop Down Arrow (Below the Upper most Google with search and Above the Compose button)
* Select Contacts
* Click More
* Select Import
* Select your .CSV or VCard file
* It copy your contacts automatically
* Now synchronize you can synchronize your contact in smart phone.

For those of you... well for the first three questions, and from my experience on the phone, cause I have it... the phone is good, only dilema is the problems on Android, camera shutter has no option to disable, the lock screen from android (the pattern) has enabled the option of the camera, so anyone can take your phone and take pictures or shut it down while on lockscreen. The player could have an option for not stopping the music while playing when it receives a message, while on loudspeaker and on earphones. On earphones since it is quad core it could send the beep message from the speaker and still play music through the earphones.
The speaker is not that much of interest, cause, I had a samsung monte gt s5620 and I still have to use due to the alarm clock, or else, with huawei's alarm clock and speaker quality, I would still sleep through the alarm.
And watch it people, the plug for the earphones is on the side, and the battery is only 2000mAh ... it's a so or so phone. You can't ask for much when you have good specs, a 4g cellphone, good signal strength, but low on battery, not so interesting speaker and the earphones plug is on the side.
I advise taking precaution on the aquisition ... despite the fact I would still recommend it... the phone is awsome and is powerful, after an hour of gaming the cell starts to heat up, not that much but it does. Unfortunately I'm testing this while the summer is here, haven't seen it facing the cold days.

What is this mobile like for signal strength and reception, voice clarity and sound clarity. I ahd a bad experience with Lenovo - they were rubbish in this area. Is Huawei any good.

Other brands like samsung, htc, sony, lg, motorola you can trust only flagship models but in huawei the case is different. Battery backup net speed call quality day to day use huawei is excellent brand you can trust. In papers huawei is nothing in front of other brands but in real these are excellent. You should buy g6 4g than you will the difference in papers and the real use.One more thing not even a single huawei model gets hot or signal problem or low battery backup even in very low huawei ascend y511. (Very sorry for bad english)

Anyone knows what kind of glass does it use? (I read gorilla glass somewhere but I'm not sure. Or is it some normal glass with coating or maybe even dragontail glass? Real worried of it shattering upon dropping).
Any custom roms for this phone too?
