I am using this from Nov 2012 to day No any issues yet. good phone,but taking photo es and video its not conformable because big/weight and heating. but other not bad.i am using it for much photo videos. video super photo not best because only 8 mp. it should b 12 o6 16 mp for good photo quilt y. zoom not bad.
i am not use internet, once used it for Facebook mobile upload. speed good ,but i am using my computer for internet, using only for notes/photo video and call. not gaming other i am using it very care so to day have not any issuses....my phone has life time than other user..i am using it softly and carefuuly..
i am not job guy or bussnessman. I am traveling guy so i am only taking photoes from it now i think buy canon small camera for it it has big screen. i can bare sometimes it with my hand bags...
but sound quality phone good..... to day not yet looking any wrong bad issues.... battery is good
can keep battry along without using but cam vid only 1/2 days can use..
who want big screen,big battery..

if its fron cam 2 mp it should be good external memory should be 16 and also have 4G LTE still m new to it i buy it today will see how it Work

Internet connection is perfectly fine on WIFI mode. But, internet connection is ver BAD when on Mobile Data mode. WHY IS THAT?

I'm having some issues now with this phone. Connecting to the internet is very SLOW! I'm not sure if there is something wrong with the phone data settings or with my network provider. I need HELP!

Hi. I brought this phone Sim Free. I'm from the UK. I have to say, I really loved this phone, it's look & features. It is basically a Chinese version of a samsung galaxy note, but bigger!!
Unfortunately, there is a massive problem with the phones GPS. It's very inaccurate & most of the time when using 3G, it does not work. I use many GPS apps like Golfshot and on the course it just couldn't find my location and was stuck 2 miles away.
Everything else about the phone was great. Even at 6.1", it still feels fine in one hand and doesn't look silly when making a call.

I just bought Huawei Ascend Mate. I'm expectinng a lot with this kind of phone. So far so good. Let's see the performance of this phablet in the near future.

I hope Huawei staff reading this! Do not buy this phone! GPS is not working properly, so many errors can't tell them all here everytime with different errors the worst is it can't find ant satellites! I tried all professional applications including Oruxmaps also google maps, google tracks... GPS never worked properly. If Huawei company does not fix this soon with a new update , I will never ever buy Huawei phone again and will tell everyone I know not to buy Huawei phones! Please check internet forums. So many people have the same GPS errors issues etc...

I want to install the b907 Android 4.2.2 Russian rom for ascend mate, could any body guide me of the cons in the rom ,as many users told me it has gps problem,
Please kindly tell me what all problems are u all facing after installing the rom.
What are the new features in the 4.2.2 in ascend mate from previous 4.1.2.
Is it ok to install or not.

mhy, 10 Jan 2014hi, y is it that when on wifi connection its fast and smoot... morehello hopefully you have fixed this by now but if not try turning data off then back on or removing the sim and placing it back in if that doesent work you should take it into your provider (eg vodafone)

mr nobody, 14 Jan 2014Hello to all... I just have 1 ascend mate...i see RAM only... moreyeah some countries models only get 1 gb kinda upset me to but i can play most games in hd on high settings (dead trigger 2 and more) so try using the inbuilt multitasking feature to kill background apps
