HELP!does anyone know why it lists 1700 in the bands but all of the ones ive seen online dont say that this phone supports that.i am here in the U.S.

i have this one small scratch or i should say a small hole on the screen. i tried to peel it off and it is peel-able. is that the corning gorilla glass or just normal screen protector? someone please help with this! thank you! i would like to peel it off if its just a normal screen protector. thank you!

Nick, 05 Jan 2013Love this phone...however 32GB SDHC Class 10 (FAT32) makes ... morei have the same problem. used 8GB class 10..and my phone got frozen and i cant do anything with it.. often happened to me! then i change it to 8GB class 2. have the same problem sometimes but not often.. and there are times when my phone cant press back button and i need to restart the whole phone again.From my experience, after putting micro SD, the phone perform slower than previously without SD card.

Rooting this phone is very easy. And I strictly advise you to root this phone since default cpu is between 700-1200 mhz. You can icrease it to 1500 mhz with setcpu pro and see the difference. Also with clean master you can kill all tasks without turning back again.
For rooting follow the instructions explained at under link. (I tried and it works.)

must say I enjoyed my ascend P1, it is a wonderful phone indeed, sadly though just had it for a few months and now the Ascend P2 is about to be launched, much bigger with a 5inch screen plus a monster processor and a good GPU, I cannot wait guys, check it out when u get time. I am telling u Huawei is chasing this industry... The new Huawei Ascend P2 is coming soon and I will buy it, Huawei and Samsung are my Heroes at the moment and Im loving it. will keep on buying their devices...
