I purchased this Ascend Y 210 D in June 2013, now the problem is always showing like, force close, storage out of space,remove your old apps and photos, and opening the screen deadly,so how can i manage
my phone as normal. pls give the answer. Thanks to you.

um.. I have a problem and it really is annoying, a list of the recents apps list that I used recently keeps appearing suddenly by itself, it's the list you get when you do a long press on the home button - please try it - it only goes away whenn I turn off the phone & turn it on again . But sometimes it still appears. It keeps appearing over and over again. And not to mention that before it appears the keybord get stuck and for e.g when I press on the R letter it wont press and it freezes for a while . And then some random letters appear instead of the thing I wanna write .
it also goes to the home button by itself it goes out of the app I use atm . It makes me lose everything I am doing.
Srsly this phone sucks 👎

I have a huge memory issue with this phone. keeps telling me low phone storage, apps keep crashing, can't download apps due to " not enough space". but my micro SD card is almost empty and I had selected all downloads and other media to go/ be saved in the micro SD card memory. The phone also loses contacts sometimes and even loses whatsapp chat history. To cut a long story short, the phone is bad news meaning bad camera, bad memory etc. Buying it is a terrible mistake that I made. this phone almost makes me cry out of regret. The only good thing about it is that it's cheap, period. And did I mention that I have uninstalled almost all of the apps I had but I still keep getting the low phone storage space notification? SMH

I have been using this phone for 2 years now. It lacks many things but I love it. It is true that when I type it tends to press another letter instead. It also crashes and I can't even install apps that I want to have. The good thing with this phone is it very durable. It fell on a tub of water but is still working. It also flew (literally flew out of my hand) a lot of times but the screen didn't crack. I even have a friend who have the same phone. Her phone cracked and is still working!

Don't bother with phone it is a terrible phone it is only good for calls and texts only when the pad would select the correct letters/numbers you start typing a text on one side of the touch pad and it will put up another letter from the other side or close to on the touch pad, say you want "L" it will type "W,S,F" or something like that. and for the memory what kind of smart phone has that low amount, my fault for not looking needed a cheep phone quick and now im really sorry i purchased it.
When you are on internet it will just decide to shut down and go back to phone home screen.
Touch screen well!!!! sometimes you have to light touch and other times you have to almost break your finger to get it to respond..
And when i though you selected downloads to go to memory card it does well it does not it still tries to install on phone memory then says "NOT ENOUGH SPACE CANCELING DOWNLOAD"
To put it bluntly this phone is not even worth it at all... its only good for a door stop!!!!

I have this phone for almost two years now and it really has so many problems.my hatest is when i watch youtube,it will pause on it self and when i click the screen to play the video, the loading will be gone and it will stop and i dont get to see the whole thing.not happy.because even the storage is very small and all the apps crashes.the best thing youll find in this phone is the speaker.plz help me with the youtube problem.

dont expect too much on this cheap phone... buy a high on specs so you dont have too much complaint.. dont be angry.. just an opinion...
