If i want to select one screen it automatically select other screen and also same thing is happen while typing i didn't know how to solve it pls any body help me to solve this problem. Age of my mobile is jt 50days only .pls guided me to solve this problem

My fone keep on freezing,even when the alarm ring in the morning,i cant stop it cos it freeze.typing its a problem cos it kept on typing on its own...pls help cos im losing important calls,what can i do or must i return it 4 my money back

my huawei does not support the whatsapp application,facebook application and also application so i,m little bit worried about this matter when i'm supposed download that applications it write " tgis item is no available in your country" im in Lesotho and ive bought this mobile phone in south africa so anybody who can help me please email me at mabusetsaletokoto@gmail.com i shall humbly appreciate your help.

please when using huawei for calls it normally goes minute automatically even when the minute reminder is off, and also it freezes so the extend that i cann't make or receive calls and also use the keypad.please help me out because i will like the phone type"huawei ascend y220" thank you

Anonymous, 13 Aug 2014why is that my phone always freeze when i am using it. it might be that your space on the phone is low do not store a lot of messages , also use 4g memory card only the ram on this unit is low.
