Everytime i open my whatsapp all my airtime disappears. I have in total lost R30 airtime. When i recharge all my whatsapp mesaages cums thru then my airtime is depleted.

Infact I don't enjoy using this phone at all... the screen keeps freezing every now & then. types by itself even when am not typing. really disappointed...smh

Hi, am using Y220 its now 2months old but it freezes, even whn typing & th touch malfunctions. I almost crused it yesterday what could b th problem?

Last keeper, 19 Jul 2014The Huawei fones are a pleasure to use with the touch scree... moreIf you want decent RAM from Huawei, then you have to be prepared to spend more and buy an Ascend P6 or P7, which each have 2GB RAM.
The Y300 & G510, like the Y220, also suffer from low RAM (512MB), so it's not even worth considering those, unless you root them & load KitKat, which I've done on my Y300, and makes it a better experience.

The Huawei fones are a pleasure to use with the touch screen but the Memory an Ram are disaster .please huawei improve the fone memory on y220 make it at least 3g or 4g and ut will be the best foni ever . Only dat otherwise everything is super

Had therefore thought you were on Jelly Bean on a Y300. However, as you're on Gingerbread, what you want to achieve might not work on the phone. Try as I described, but if not, revert to your GMail a/c on PC.

pri... moreI think you're referring to "labels", as Google term them, not 'folders' as we'd be inclined to.
I usually do this on PC - had a look at my GMail a/c on Y300 phone now, and if you open each email in Inbox, there should be in top-right corner, 3 vertical dots.
Touch them, and either select "Move to" or "Change labels".
I think if you select "Move to", it will not only move it out of the Inbox, but to Archives (ie. "All Mail") & label whatever you choose, at the same time.
Just test check 1 or 2 mails first, to see where they land up, so you can find them afterwards.
If you can't do as described, it may be you're on a different GMail app version to me - mine is Version 4.8 (1167183).
There's a newer version out, but I don't know up to which version your phone can go to, as you might still be on Android Jelly Bean version 4.1.1 ; I'm on KitKat 4.4.4 as I rooted my phone, so possible you might not be able to do the labelling on phone, but only web interface on PC.

one of worst phone i ever had., i purchased this since it is dual sim, one slim slot is not working after one day i purchased,i don't recommend this phone, go Samsung pocket or star is available at same price in the market.

Then, if your settings are the same or similar to the Y300 (I have), go to SETTINGS - MOBILE NETWORKS - NETWORK OPERATORS. The phone should search for them all.
You can choose for it to automatically select the operator, or select Voda. 2G or 3G.
You can select 3G here, but ensure in your Mobile Network settings that 3G is off when you don't need it, otherwise your data bundles might disappear without you knowing it!
One thing you should do is ensure your apps aren't set to update automatically (don't know if that happens directly from the Google Play store, as I use Appbrain to access new Android apps.).

my pattern block so now i can't unlock it they say i must put on a username and password
