dec, 06 Mar 2014Failing to connect to internetInternet issues plague first time users with this phone it seems. I got mine 3 days ago and I too struggled.
What network are you on?
settings > wireless & networks > mobile networks> access point names.
At this point, you will need to add a new APN by pressing the right soft key.
Name: Vodacom.GPRS/8.ta Internet/MTN DATA(depending on your network)
APN: internet
APN type: default
Proxy: (clear this if it is set)
Port: (same as above)
Leave everything else as is.
right soft key > save.
This method also eliminates error 495 on the Play Store.

shawty, 05 Mar 2014im temptered to buy the phone because i heared good comment... moreI paid R450 (ZAR)for it yesterday. Great phone considering the price. I like it. Facebook, Whatsapp, BBM & Email all running smoothly. Even loaded a nice racing game on it. Came with a 4 gig Micro SD card. Long Battery life. I definitely got more than i expected :)

Check if you maybe have some applications stored on the phone memory, from what you are saying, that could be the cause. Move those to SD Card and see if you get to free some memory, clear app cache for most of your apps if not all of them.
Change your default installation in play store to external / SD Card.
Bluethooth issue, not sure what to say as it seems your Bluetooth is working fine if you can receive Videos which are relatively large compared to music files.

If you are from South Africa and your service provider can't help you with settings (or you don't understand them) Follow these steps
Go to:
Settings> Wireless Networks > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names > Click options button > New APN
Now enter the following:
Name : any name will do (e.g MyWeb)
APN : internet
Port : 9201
The rest you leave Empty. Now click the options button again, select save.
Now to activate your settings click on the circle button next to your settings to move the green indicator to your settings. Now you are activated, enjoy the internet.

Muzi, 03 Mar 2014I can't setup my internet please help your service provider will send you the settings all you need to do is to request.On cell c you type *147# then press dial , your menu will appear on screen , just check your network
