this phone has a shaking brain. it suddenly controls itself by refusing to take the command you give it. this is very embarrassing. wht is the way out?

I'm using this phone for about 4 months and i can't say anything bad about. Sure it could have a better camera and more memory but it works good for that price.

My Huawei phone is playing up. it shows in home screen: unfortunately google chrome has stopped and unfortunately contacts has stopped. I want to get rid of all that so i can use my phone to ring or see the home screen. It always pops up on my fone i press ok but it goes to the start again. I dont care if they all stopped i just want to use my fone to ring and it wont let me
