It will send sms on first day and then after it wont send any automatic sms

Hi , guys. I'm new when it comes to android system, so i have a few questions.
1. How to change theme. No matter what theme i chose i cant change it completly. When use phone i see theme of the ( exp. fruit ), but when i lock the phone i see picture of the sea.
2. How to customize lock screen . I whant to make swipe option to camera ( swipe up ) , and settings ( swipe down ).
