i have this touch is good speed is good battry time low and voice of media song etc is very very low,sound quality is not good.main problem is of sound it very very low you cant listen even it is at 3 meter.otherwise this is good one

Hi guys!
I just purchased this phone minutes ago.
The reason why got is to for VIBER and SKYPE purposes.
I have not tested skype but i was saddened with VIBER.
I can send and receive text messages. I can hear the other person on the other line, BUT other party cannot hear me.
WHY?
need help please!
