Someone tried unlocking Huawei Ascend Y300 severally times and got the phone locked and now the phone is saying I should enter email and password to unlock, but my data connection is not on. How do I unlock the phone without formating it as I have a lot on the phone dat I won't want to loose. Thanks

I've had this phone just over three years. I've had problems with storage. I had two apps downloaded and then it said there was 'insufficient storage'. I proceeded to buy a 32GB SD card and I set it as the default storage location yet it still said 'insufficient storage'. Also I've had problems with the charging port and it no longer charges. This phone is only suitable for those who don't use it continully.

I have this phone for last five years, and I newer had problems with Huawei Ascend Y300. Great phone.

My ascend y300 is working perfect from the beginning.Never had any problem with it.
Okay it is not the summit of smartphones but is worth it's price.
After unlocking and rooting and trying several customs roms , it is even better.
Best phone untill nw for the price I paid for it

Don't get.
EmotionUI makes the phone nigh unusable, and most modern apps aren't supported.
Also in all of my ownership, I never found a reliable source or instructions as to how to root it or change the OS to fix these problems.

Hi, i have y300-0100 for about three years, from last month, front camer doesn't works. In camera app there is no icon to change camera when i check hardware with some apps they says front camera unavilable. Plz hlp me, i cleared the cach , rest phone and clear all phone cach but it not answer.

How can I easily and fastly use my HUAWEI Y300-0100? When I'm using my HUAWEI Y300-0100 it so slow it took a long time before I finally get there from I what I had clicked in my phones menu like for example when I click my application it took so long before it will open and when I get there it is so slow I mean the process is so slow.. Can you help me please
