I ported from Vodacom to Telkom Mobile with my Huawei Y300. I think I made a mistake porting while using Huawei Y300 coz now I cannot send an sms using this phone eith a Telkom Mobile starterpack.
Where can u really change the Message Centre Number on this device. I googled but I found out that with this device there no place where u can adjust the Message Centre Number onn the Message Settings.
If really u can't do that then.............why buy the phone in the first place. I think I need another brand on a mobile phone????????!!!!!

Extremely slow, it takes 26 seconds to load the front page of the Telegraph newspaper website !!! everything else is just fine.

don't buy this phone..it will work ok when you just buy it but after a few months it will show it's true color. it lags a lot. the browser as well as some other apps just keep crashing repeatedly. the only good thing about this phone is its durability. it can withstand a lot of falls. mine fell about 10 ten times till it cracked, and the crack is still a minor one. If you want performance, don't buy this phone. In my oppinion, you should only get this phone if you want a simple smartphone to do basic stuff one at a time and for durability.

I have had this phone for 2 years and it was good to start of with but then it got slower and slower. Also it would not download to the micro SD I installed and then it just didn't download anything at all. All in all I think this is a good first phone or if you just want to use it to call and text but any other uses you are better of with a different phone.
