I have recently bought this phone type - 3 days ago. I am trying to download WhatsApp but am not successful till today. Can anyone assist please? It looks fine, it takes good pictures and the screen is good at least for now (not able to predict the future state).

This phone does not stay with charge for a while, so the battery is not good!!

Keyboard just stops working right in the middle of when im typing,extremely slow even when just on the home screen. Maybe my one is just faulty but its really frustrating

I have bought Ascend Y300 2 days ago and I am not really satisfied with it's performance , although I have read a lot of good comments about it but I don't know if I am having a faulty piece or my criteria is up (2nd gues can be wrong because I had been using Voice V30 with same specs with awesome performance).
Fault 1: with normal use too the battery drains too much fast that it can hardly survives 11 hours (I have heard about 1.5 average day of battery time).
Fault 2: It's speed is much low than expected. I have installed subway surfer in it and that was running much slow. also it takes time for opening the app or when sliding to another page on home screen.
My some friends asked to factory reset it and then to observe. Should I do it?
Or I should Claim the warranty?
I am in a beg mess. I'll be thankful If someone will give a helpful comment.

Yes, it does support flash player, but you must search on google to find a working version. I tried cca. 10 versions and only one of them worked well.

I just cant use it. Bought it last week. Turne off too quickly. Desktop parts turns without me asking it. I have read and reread the instructions and still no good. I am within a hares breadth of putting it on the floor and smashing it with my high heel!

2. If you can open the card and see its contents, the card is fine.
3. Try to hard reset the phone, and see if the problem has disappeared. If it didn't, then it's hardware problem and you have to take your phone to the service for repairance.

Do you play games, watch videos, or is it just a light use (SMS,calls etc.)?
Try factory reset and if it doesn't help, then claim your warranty.

I own this phone it is great considering its low price and specifications. It's performance is well rounded and does it's job well. I do not have any problems with this phones battery as some people have stated and generally last me a whole day with medium usage, listening to music, playing the occasional game and looking the odd thing up on Google and YouTube. The phones camera takes clear pictures (being 5MP), although the front facing camera is a bit blurry. The only thing I dislike about this phone is it's small screen size and limited internal storage space(which can be expanded using a microSD).
I recommend this phone if your on a budget.
