my phone wifi and data connection was automatically open , it doesn't work even I turn it off its always turned on. why should I do ? please help me..

Maybe try an app called One Key Boost - it releases RAM (temporarily) each time you use it. Also, try restarting your phone, by holding down the power button until an on-screen menu appears.

            Seems your phone needs a refresh, but it may be the app causing this issue, so send a message to the developer on Google Play as well.

              You get what you pay for. Had mine for around 12 months and am ready to toss it. The plastic lens cover on the camera has fallen out so now taking clear pictures is near impossible, in video it keeps getting out of focus. The speaker has blown, so you cannot listen to music or make hands free calls as it crackles too much. The headphone jack must be worn too, as whenever you listen to music with headphones it keeps coming up with the hands free commentary telling you to plug in the headset correctly - so annoying and you can't turn that off. The operating system regularly freezes when using internet and is just slow in general, especially if trying to use new downloaded apps that simply freeze up because it can't handle them. Battery life is still good but that doesn't mean much when all the phone is good at is making and receiving calls. Rubbish phone after a year when it was so promising at the start.

Actually it has a recurring boo... moreYou can force install the newer ROM (if your phone is booting in a loop & seems to be unusable) - a post below refers you to the Huawei website via this link : http://consumer.huawei.com/en/.../y300-en.htm Just follow the instructions in the PDF, which is included in the close to 600MB download.

                  I've had the newer ROM on my phone for at least 4 months, and although I periodically need to re-boot it, I think it's much more stable than the one you're probably using (if it's the one which came installed on the phone, which incidentally, is susceptible to Heartbleed).

                    The same happens with mine. Actually it has a recurring boot loop problem. It'll turn on to the point of saying android and won't go any further.

                        I bought my Huawei Y300 in October 2013. It worked just fine until 2 weeks ago. I woke up one morning, tried to turn my phone on, nothing! It had just died on me. I have tried to charge it, nothing happens. It is completely dead. I have shown it to 2 technicians, all they did was try to turn it on, shrugged and suggested I get a new phone. One even suggested I should be happy it lasted 20 months for the price I paid. Well, one thing I know, my next phone won't be a Huawei.

                          - often when I'm in the middle of a phone call the other person suddenly cannot hear me, i can hear them "hello?? hello?" and I hang up, try again and often it happens again.
                          can this be fixed? shall i just buy a new phone?
                          - the google mic often randomly comes on and won't go away
                          - the normal camera is stuck on blue, the front one works fine
                          - the screen breaks easily. well mine's all smashed but it works fine.
                          - internet is SO SLOW

                          I've had this phone for 2 years, feel like they're designed not to last. Maybe I didn't take good care of it. It never seemed quick even in the beginning, google maps often didn't work well, didn't recognise my location.

                          phone feels nice in your hand, I can say that.

                            If that doesn't work, then I'm unsure - it's probably an OS (operating system) software glitch.

                              hello

                              i am using huawei y300-0100 , a few days ago when power on my phone after charging it powered on but stuck at the screen logo of huawei .and i am tried to restart with power button it not worked. and this problem is still present. i am unable to use my phone please help what should i do

                                The pics you take usually land up in a folder called DCIM, and possibly a sub-folder of that - search around there ; use the file explorer you download to search for the others you shared. They should be somewhere on the SD card '0' (ie. on the phone itself), as opposed to "1" which would be an SD card you add to the phone.

                                  Im having trouble with picture, I've had some sent via Bluetooth from my old phn, and there no where to be found! And also I've tried taking pics and they don't save...hopefully something simple, plz HELP :)

                                    Those of you having problems with the phone - you can & should download an update of the newer official ROM from the Huawei website : http://consumer.huawei.com/en/mobile-phones/support/downloads/y300-en.htm Note that instructions are included in a PDF file, within the download. Be aware that it's about 570MB, so if you have limited 3G rather try doing so via (uncapped) wi-fi.

                                    If you have problems accessing mobile / 3G after the update, you simply need to put APN (Access Point Names) settings into the phone via Settings - Mobile networks - Access Point Names (APN) - select New APN (by touching 3 horizontal lines at the bottom-right of the phone) + ensure you SAVE them, using same 3 lines. These you can get from this website : https://apnsettings.gishan.net/ for most / many countries.
