has anyone managed to partitition the sd card without an issue using kitkat 444 if so please
post, also can the 444 be upgraded to 5 or 6, many thanks

please anyone using this Huawei,mine is not showing recent calls and the memory reduces itself to the extent of not be able to browse except I free some spaces and am not the one consuming space,I think that phone gat a problem,is anyone experiencing the same. Please comment ASAP

After 17 months of use just died my phone (may 2015) a warning comes out indicating that the memory is damaged and asks me to reset but does nothing, what can I do?

The restarting option makes no difference only leaving the reset to factory settings and lose all internal memory option, which Im very loathe to do. What have you done? And is there anyone that can help?? Id hoped to have continued with my phone for a while and no idea why it is has done this...it started to play up whilst on Facebook saying that swipe for huawei wasnt responding, then that Facebook wasnt either, so i turned phone off and on again , and got the message about the internal memory being damaged. Why?! How? etc. I bought the phone from Carphone Warehouse with Talkmoblie, who have now parted company with Carphone Warehouse, so taking the phone to carphone Warehouse may not be much help. Who else to turn to?

Someone posted similar earlier but no one has so far answered this query. So at mo I cannot use my phone at all..even with taking the battery, sim card and memory card all out and replacing, I still get the same message.

Its battery is excelent u can use it for 2 or 3 days no charging it and it charges in 2 hours or less.

I love it! :) I have my Huawey Y550 since 2014 and it works perfectly. I don't use so much apps, but it works just to call and all that. It's not fancy but it works for me!

I have weird problem ,if i make answer calls with my right ear it works perfect now if i switch to left ear there is signal and poor connection issue.
It's weird but i think its some internal microphone issue.

When you want to scroll up or down in gallery it will go crazy and open photo rather than go up or down, and the screen keeps going up and down like crazy when I just touch my finger, and the AFTER SALES SUPPORT IS NON EXISTENT CALLED NUMBER 0333 370 0800 and 0871 2000 995 FOR HALF AN HOUR RESPECTIVELY AND NOBODY EVER ANSWERED! IN OTHER WORDS, DO NOT BUY HUAWEI

Settings-Manage Apps-All. See what app you use, what app you need to a good funtion of the cellphone, and what you can disable or unistall.
For example: I disabled many apps between Maps, Google Music Google Books, Google "Kiosko" (i had it in spanish), Mail (because Gmail now allows set not only gmail, but also others messaging account as Outlook, Yahoo, etc in the same app), the Themes and the Predeterminated Wallpapers also the Animated Pics, and something like that.
But carefull, remember that an app you use may need another that you don't consciously or directly, and if you disable any app of this kind the other you use may not work well or nothing at all. It's good check with a computer at the same time by searching the apps you suspect may be disabled.
