Phone started giving problems a month after I bought it. It stuck on the Vodacom logo when I tried to switch it on, I sent the phone in for repairs and a few months later the phone started with its problems again. I am very disappointed in the Huawei phones!

Internal memory very low. Even with 1.25gb available bt cant download any app. Crap phone though gud battery life. Then it just switches itself off nw and then. No any update fr operating system crap again

I Bought The Phone And It Started giving problems and 2 weeks later just switched off. It is well within its warrantee period so I returned it to the store I purchased it from only to be told it is water damaged. This phone has been no where near water or any form of liquid. I am an IT Tech by trade and feel this is an unacceptable excuse not to warrant you're product that I sell in my shop and if this is the sort of support you provide I will no longer be stocking you're product... TERRIBLE WARRENTEE BACKING

This phone Im using is good in battery life, apearance, display....
It doesnt hang.... eventhough it has 512mp RAM
Phone has little app space... it makes much trouble....
1 or 2 apps may support.... without any update....
Touch sensitivity is nice....
Poor camera quality.... eventhough it has 5mp.... doesnt give 2mp quality.... front cam(.3mp) just for show i would say...
May be worthy for people who need less apps.... for watching movies... chating....
Games with large size may not support....

This Phone Are good the graphics,the camera,this phone also have autofocus camera,very good phone..Good in Clash of Clans,,Its Better than samsung phone,, :) Im Filipino

Well battery life is a myth. Upon purchase it was left to charge undisturbed a full 8 hours & well i am lucky if i get an hours return upon use. Recently was misplaced, found, unused mind you and it may have gotten worse. Now it just about flatlines as a kind of magic trick. Rapid decline.
Tried everything, less apps etc still same. Another rousing issue is suddenly evrn with close to 2 gigs available you combine my memery card & phone storage, continually tells me about insufficient storage. Cant even update anything now. Pray help. Quietly testing my patience

Camera quality is VERY poor. Phone performance is slow. Install a few apps and there's no space left .. even if you have a SD card and AppMgr.

I am just very unhappy with the camera quality - NO focus - after returning and getting a replacement - no difference. It is of the quality - no worse than - an Instamatic from the 70's
Any comments or advise?
