my huawie ascend g10-u20 has been not working at all it started for an apps that i dont understand instead of updating it shutts off my phone it vibrates only once you tried to open it bring in a tech here and sad thing they dont have tools and dont have idea what the phones went wrong anybody can help me they tried to flash it before it start the problem and reset in factory setting but nothing happens till one day it updates 9 of 9 of ????something and totally black only vibrates if tried to on help please?????????thanks
