Hi
I purchased this phone for my dad and on his previous mobile he was able to press one button and all his contacts would be on the screen and all he then had to do was scroll down to the contact he wanted.
However we cannot find a function like that on this phone. Yes you can do a quick search, but the screen with the contacts is tiny and its difficult to scroll through as the scroll bar is tiny also. Is there a way of displaying all your contact list on the full screen?

I have music on my phone in my memory card but i can't get it to the audio player so i have to keep taking a track off and putting on another one instead of just pressing next or previouse can someone help????????

i found out that when u put music onto my phone it cant play (as in there is no play option) any answers??????

button, 02 Dec 2010I have recently bought this phone and an SD card.However ma... morehas anyone one the answer to loading music onto the sd and then playing.i can load, however as others experience i can load photos which may be seen on the phone, and mp3 which although saved when viewed through a pc "my computer" it doesn't pick up.

I sent a text then placed back in my pocket recive anyother text and my phone won't turn on or chargen nothing i've taken the battery out and memory card out but nothing can anyone help on got it on the 23/12/10

i have had this phone for xmas and i just bought a sd card, im putting music onto the card, but its telling me that memory is full? but as there is nothing on the card i dont see, please help me :(

Anonymous, 05 Dec 2010anyone know how to get rid of the grass picture please?at the first screen there is an arrow at the left side of the screen, click that, then drag the icons up and down and find a box with a picture of the grass in, after that drag it onto the first page and then just choose a background, hope it helps!

How do you get rid or change the o2 active that's at the bottom right hand side of the screen i keep hitting it. it's annoying.

I have recently bought this phone and an SD card.However many times I try to move,copy,rename or refresh I can not get the music from the SD card which is currently in file manager and will play one trak at a time to the audio player.The audio player insists it is empty,very frustraiting PLEASE HELP.
Also I need the PASSWORD to delete the whole phone book.I can do it one by one but some one must know,PLEASE HELP and God bless

I want to add some ringtones on to my Huawei G7002 phone, but it is only allowing me to store about 5 additional ones. If I purchase a Micro SD Card for the phone will this allow me to add more ringtones to my library?
