Huawei launches Watch Fit 3, Matebook X Pro and Matebook 14 make global debut
Huawei hosted an event in Dubai today, unveiling several its latest smart band, a tablet and two laptops to the international audience. Meet the Watch Fit 3, now sporting a square shape and design strongly reminiscent of the Apple Watch.
The MatePad 11.5" S PaperMatte tablet also began its international rollout alongside the Matebook X Pro 2024 featuring an Intel Ultra chipset. Additionally, Huawei introduced the Matebook 14, powered by 13th gen Core i5/Core i7 CPUs.
The Watch Fit 3 is incredibly lightweight and thin, weighing only 26 grams (without the strap) and boasting a profile of just 9.9 mm. Its 1.82” AMOLED screen features curved edges on all four sides, providing a screen-to-body ratio of 77.4%.
The wearable's software resembles that of other Huawei GT smartwatches, offering sleep tracking, breathing awareness, TruSeen 5.5 heart rate monitoring with impressive accuracy, over 100 activity modes, and more than 660 workout courses.
An updated feature on the Watch Fit 3 is the Calorie Counter, first introduced on the Watch GT4 in September 2023. Thanks to the new screen, the Watch Fit 3 offers improved UX visuals, a full design revamp, rich colors, and enlarged fonts.
While Huawei typically doesn't disclose the battery capacity of its wearables, it officially claims that the Watch Fit 3 can last up to 10 days on a single charge, with power users getting about 7 days. Unfortunately, the device does not support wireless charging and must be charged using a proprietary puck with two pogo pins.
The Watch Fit 3 is available for pre-order in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe starting today, May 7. Retailers will begin selling the device in two weeks, on May 22.
The device comes with Black, Pink, Green, or Moon White Fluoroelastomer straps, priced at £140/€160. The version with a Grey Nylon Strap is also priced at £140/€160, while the Pearl White Leather Strap version costs £160/€180.
Huawei MateBook X Pro will be available starting from June 4 with a €1,999 price tag in Europe for a 16 GB RAM + 1 TB storage, while the UK is getting an even mightier version with 32 GB RAM and 2 TB storage for £2,099.
The MateBook 14 will cost €1,099, the new MatePad 11.5" S with PaperMatte display is €399.
The stage also saw the unveiling of new colors for Watch GT4 41 mm, Freeclip earbuds, and Watch 4 Pro.

Of course it requires additional hardware, but it just should be in Watch GT series.
